[Perfume] Japanese kids plastic surgery is worried (Read description first)

poor Japanese kids do a plastic surgery
this video shows it
they are Perfume who are famous as a J-pop singer
but look at their eyes!!!
so puffy and weird, even awkward (cus of doing eye surgery)
eventhough they are too young to do a surgery!!
you know Japanese plastic surgery rate is highest in Asia [ISAPS, Nationmaster data]
I understand it...but thesedays Japanese kids like elementary school girls do a surgery!
according to Japan article, in 2000
so many Japanese kids under age 15 do a surgery so it's quite worried
