I'd like to know how this turned out. Probably not good. When the judge asks if you "understand" the "charge" or "claim", your saying you "stand under" it. They get you to agree you did something wrong without you knowing. Look up understand, it may mean to grasp something, but it also means to accept something as true. Of course you know that you just accepted all those charges as true.

no kidding they need to seriously revise all the rules, it's actually illegal in some states for woemn to drive without a warning party. of course these have faded out of our attention but there are some crazy ass lawas out theres. weird ones too, like somewhere you can't fish off the back of a giraffe(i know i didnt spell right)

It's all about control. I wish people would rise up and abolish alot of this crap. The government is too big. Lets start taking some laws off the books.

how the hell was "uninspected"? Uninspected in terms of auto emissions? Do they really put you in jail just for not going to one of those asinine places and get your car checked for emissions levels because pansy environmentalist politicans are SOO afraid of "too much" individual emissions?
The State requires yearly safety/emissions inspections here. They put a sticker on the windshield (similar to the ones on the license plates), that lets the cops know if you've gone past the due date for the inspection. There's a bill up this year at the General Court to reduce the inspection requirement to every two years instead of yearly. And only something like eighteen states have these idiotic inspection requirements to begin with.
