Love Is The End - Keane (Own Piano Coverversion)

I covered the song 'Love Is The End' by Keane with my piano. It was very hard to play four different musiclines synchronal - so there are some time-mistakes again, but I hope you like it. The song will be on their new album 'Perfect Symmetry' (10.13.2008). Enjoy it!

the notes sound correct but the rhythm and timing is completely off and inconsistent, its not possible to sing along

Try to listen to my coverversion and the original by Keane at the same time - synchronal - then tell me again what you think about 'rhythm and timing' - it's exactly the same. I think Tom is just quite a bit better than you :)

Ive just listened to the two together, and the rhythm and timing is exactly the same, The only things different with the "timings" is that the intro by keane is done twice and you only did it once, and in the song it does two verse before it does the chorus, and you only did one verse, but other then that you kept a consistent tempo (exactly the same as keane)considering how difficult it must of been to put all 4 parts together for this vid. You have done a great cover!!!

Thank you :) And you're right - I used another (earlier) record of 'Love Is The End', that's exactly like my version - maybe you know that radio edit. That's why I uploaded my coverversion 11 days before the album release :)

Incredible cover!

You covered most of the instruments used in the song, but there is one instrument that I really like and you didn't cover... The musical saw. The sound of it is just unique and deep...
