who writes the test? who decides what is a correct answer? who grades the test? when the test fails, and it will what then?

fire dept have use these test for years and all you see is nepotism & cronyism. these tests have failed miserably. I am not saying they don't have their uses, but as a final say. No way!

@carhac66 In a mulitcultural organization such as the police department, there should be a promotional test, realy in any work place, why? to avoid problems such as this, the allegations of favrotism, and nepotism, which can cause a company to wind up in court paying hundreds of thousand of dollars in law suit littigations. Even though you are correct in theory.

@susanwhatever I have to tell you that what you are saying is 100% correct, but you are living in a fantacy world. As a black man im living in a world where equality and fair treatment is not an option for me. . Sometimes when it comes to job promotions in a organization that's multicultural, there is going to be issues with black vs white along with gender promotions. What happen in the flint P D was not racism, that was a political move.
