I changed the pinion to a 17T to test the Titan 775 Motor

so one 750 motor would go slower than 2 550s

@rayevan6 about the same as the 2x550 I used before but the torque is allot higher

whitch combo is better a 20 or 21 tooth pinion and a 52 theeth spur which is better with speed and torque im running 3000 venoms thanks

@fudgeman333 A 20T or 21T is mostly for onroad speed runs, with a 52T spur

That's close to 29mph running a 775 motor

It doesn't sound that fast but the 775 has allot of torque so you have to check temps

I like the 17T pinion ..I have decent speed and wheely action too

did the smaller pinion get you more torque and longer runtime? ive read that alot of people use a 20/21t pinion.

@999benhonda Yes It's a 17t mod1 pinion and a 52t spur

And speed is around 30 to 33mph with14,4v 4500 NiMh

nice. i just bought an original emaxx. im gonna put a titan 775 on it and run it with a pair of 2s 5000mah lipos.
