I had a temptation problem at Chilli's during my shayloss. I had been doing a special diet where i ate special foods, like chilli and stuff. And i had a bite of my mom's chilli, and discovered how much i missed regular food. So I quit. I AM A FAILURE!

Well, I am on day 12 of my diet. I started it and i swear i was just about to give up until i watched ur Shayloss videos! and im still sticking to it. You're such a inspiration to me. I salute you for being strong and sticking to your diet. It makes me want to do the same. and you know what!? I AM!
