Man you are a great teacher and I really mean it. Some of the best self defense I've seen being taught (I mean that). You had some good stances when you attacked and even then the students defended well. Those knees from the side to the ribs look like a BI***! Lol if you've ever been hit in the ribs you understand, but a knee....that's like the nuke of all self defense moves (next to the groin kick).

I'm gonna go buy your book now :-)

You do a really good job. I've taught self defense mostly to kids, but adults too and you have a great teaching style. Plus it's awesome to see you get smacked around. =D
