I'm a finance student, and this man is RIGHT not wrong. I hate how they all team up on him. You do NOT include sunk costs in your financial value formulae. That would be irrelevant since what your trying to see is the businesses future gain and profitability.

When he says "That will be gone" he means it is irrelevant to the money being made. If a company does not make cash it will go BANKRUPT!
