Vehicle probably runs better than the video suggests. When a demo is recorded with recordRenderDemo it will screw up the physics of the bicycle in the same wya that changing the timescale does.
The only way to see how it really runs is to try it offline, or watch a netDemo of it, but that would require it to be on a server.

The vid is bad quality recorded with fraps my video editing skills are pretty much non-existent - its just to show the bike in action :) The physics is how it happened. Luddens Desir has made the mod in this thread on the SD QW forums.
It includes a link to the pk4 patch to add the bikes to Estate.
