This analysis leaves out one very important thing. A president is generally the last stop for lawmaking. He doesn't have to sign laws he rejects. Obama Care was passed in the most dishonest way and signed into law by Barry the day after it cleared the Capitol. But Barry told us via Bret Bair that he would give America a few weeks to review the bill before signing it. Why, because he acknowledged that it was impossible to tell what the bill said because of the way they were ramming it through.
