i made a costom subaru impreza sti with a amazing electric motor and i was rallying like on a trail i hit a rock flipped like 15 times and it went up in flames instantly i was frickin pissed cuz it took me 3 mounths to build cuz it was a hand built besides the frame and i didnt even bother to put it out cuz it was ruined :( im working on a new one now its been about 30 days since i started

i was the owner of the car on fire.
no it was not the engine or electrics on fire.
The clutch bearings went and the clutch bell began to bore a hole in the fuel tank. At the same time the teeth on the bell started to break and caused it to spark. The sparks ignited the fuel leaking from the tank. Poof, Fire!
Luckily nothing was damaged by the fire other than the body. I replaced the tank, the clutch and the spur gear, cleaned the car up and raced the car the next day.

That was a crazy day everybody on my side where i was recording thought that it was gonna blow up..llol
