  • Seeing Cadel is from a country where motorists would rather push a training rider off the road than cheer them on, he has done brilliantly.

  • It was a great ride by Cadel Evans, but lets not forget he had the backing of some of the best super domestics in the peloton. The whole Aussie team deserve massive praise for there efforts in getting him into a position from where he could launch an attack. Well done guys, bloody well done.
