GlobalACE Overview
GlobalACE (Adaptive Communications Exchange) is a flexible, easy-to-use, and fully-customizable suite of applications used to leverage a client's investment in Cisco Unified Communications. Unlike other offerings on the market, GlobalACE allows businesses to:
• Communicate instantly with staff members and reduce the time it takes to locate the right resource
• Document voice calls with the push of a button
• Eliminate the use of multiple devices by enhancing functionality of IP phone (PTT, paging, etc.)
• Customize applications to meet specific needs to allow for communication-enabled business processes

Paging allows users to page from a phone to a group of phones over the speaker
