Johnny has really no respect for a dear friend he used to love staying with.
But Johnny is angry with Nancy, not with Sidney, or better he hated Sid when he chose Nancy instead of him and the band.
In my opinion, Johnny often wonders: " Why did you die? Nancy has caused your death. Not only because of heroin, also because of love. If Nancy had never existed, you'd probably still be with us. And I regret having never done anything really serious to make her leave you alone. "
