Not necessarily... You'd be surprised at how much english there is in Japan. Same with all asian countries. But could be in America.... Can't see an American arcade with this type of stuff though...

the thing about why these arcade games are not in the us is becuz it costs a lot. these thigns are built very sturdy. as you know, americans can't fucking have enough respect to not mess up the damn machines when they suck at it or lose. i mean so many arcades are fucked up cuz people bang n kick it when they suck balls or lose. probly another reason why people dont have it in US, people cant take care of it n it costs a lot. too much to get ruined. thats normal lvl, ive seen higher lvl players

-
I dunno, but I couldn't play a music game in a noisy arcade with like 342 different sounds coming from everywhere...

If they spend so much time to learn this game, why they don't study a real instrument? It's stupid learning to plasy as well a piece of plastic!

Nightdeathwish lots of japanese arcade games have had english words in them. Break out a MAME emulator and play around for a while. You'll be surprised. This isn't as much a thing in RPGs or console games w/ lots of menus and storyline but arcade games are like this frequently.

In Japan, arcade places are called "game centers". Unlike most of them on YouTube, arcade playthroughs on Nico Nico Douga are usually, professionally played well.

For some reason i don't think that's in japan.
1) The game message is in english, if they were in japan, it would be japanese.
