Kyokushin focuses more on a mental training of making you fearless and rock hard conditioned.But yeah as an approach of fighting it requires that you take lots of dmg

there is always one thing that bothers me about kyokushin and that is the in fighting, the way the put themselves off balance and drive into there oppenents doesn't make much sense to me. I've done a lot of karate sparring but never got into anything like that.
