  • Nice work on the bayan nice to listen to

  • As the Indians are wont to say: music is truly a gift from the gods!

  • The Chikari or baaj strings need to be tuned, otherwise good playing.

Stage playing can be very challenging, practicing at home may work perfect but because Sitar is soft, Tabla and crowd noise make it hard to hear yourself and sometimes its hard to hear if low volume strings are in tune or not, one is also bound by set time limit. I find practicing at home or playing in small house sittings much more fun and satisfying. Well done.

  • Hey Sharmila! glad to see you sposted this video. Lol Gurujee and her disciple.
