Not bad, another person who prefers Knife Gloves. I believe those are the best for killing any psycho in the game. I'm uploading like 6 tutorials on how to do them right now. :)

You unlock it if you come 1st place in an online TIR ranked contest. Once unlocked, you can get in your cupboard in the safe house :D

@AceGameBlog not that hard ^^ just find al the gambling books and bet on 1000$ at the giant slot machine in slot ranch casino towards the food court ^^ i started with 30k and got 2.5mil in like 1 and a half hour :P
