Fun and informative documentary from the '80's about Lindy Hop (the "jitterbug" swing dancing that we all know and love from the movies and out on the dance floor.)

Besides Frankie Manning and Norma Miller, you can also see George Lloyd (a very smooth dancer who is a personal favorite of mine to watch), Mama Lu Parks (who not only pioneered Lindy Hop, but also helped advance, ironically enough, the Twist craze during the '60's), and many others.

Should be in every swing dancer's video library.
