Shuushi-no-Kon Sho - Bo Kata. It is demonstrated by Sensei Matsuyama. This video was taken during the Bo Clinic, so he sometime pauses to explain a move to the class. http://www.doshikai.net/
J/K it's Sushi No Kon sometimes Shushi , It's Okinawan in origin, it should be the same characters in Japanese, but I don't think it's the same Kanji for "rice" . Matsuyama, Sensei is frequently out of town in Japan, so it's tough to catch up with him on theses things when he comes back to visit Doshi Kai.

Could you possibly ask your teacher how this technique (Shuuji no kon sho) is suppose to be written in Japanese kanji?
