it was on Oprah (so i guess that must make it true, he he) but anywho, if the average dingaling is 6", the average black dingaling is 6.25", no major difference...plenty of blacks white and latins and others are hung..i think the only difference is when white guys are small, they are REALLY small, like damn near invisible..but when they're hung, they're as big as anyone else, and when they're average, you get the point...
