I sat on the Diavel today at a local dealer and my 6'3" frame fit perfect astride this machine. I am setting up a test ride soon. If it rides as well as it fits, I'm in! Thorough reviews like this help make this bike a truly viable choice for a cruiser like me who wants uncompromising performance. Cheers Ducati!

I was concerned about the seating position as well. See my post above. Ducati dealer gave me a really nice Diavel book to take home when he saw the expression on my face and realized I was serious about buying one!! : )) ... It has all sorts of accessories and custom parts in it. Stock seat is great for me, but a "touring seat" is available that raises ride height a bit, and "low ride seat" is available that lowers ride height a bit. Hope that helps...

Agree with others on the review. Quite good. Wasn't sure if I'd like the look and styling in person, but went to look at one last night. Love it!! Riding position is extremely comfortable. I'm 5'7" and my feet have no problem resting flat on ground. Surprisingly light for it's size and appearance. Decided immediately I must have one. Not crazy about stock pipes, but hey, have to customize something, right? Will look at new "Chromo" model in a couple of months before making a final decision.
