Taking place at Hard Rock Cafe New York in Times Square, GRAMMY Artists Revealed Presented by MasterCard featuring Melissa Etheridge showcased Etheridge in an intimate setting, performing a lively acoustic set spanning her longstanding career as well as brief stories and anecdotes about each song. Songs performed included GRAMMY-winning Etheridge hits "Ain't It Heavy" and "Come To My Window," and Janis Joplin songs "Me And Bobby McGee" and "Piece Of Your Heart." Etheridge shared a poignant moment when she spoke about beating cancer and performing the latter song onstage at the 47th Annual GRAMMY Awards in 2005. Etheridge also performed the title track to her latest studio album, Fearless Love.
