I hit this lift a while a few months ago at about 225lbs. This is one of my favourite moments in life as I completely surpassed the realm of what my limitations were.
I actually wrote an article based on the dynamic training preceeding this lift. It's on Elitefts.com and was fairly straight forward. Get fast, get comfortable in the hole and learn to strain. The rest will take care of itself.
Thanks for watching such an important piece of my (lifting) life. It might be a little ugly, even a bit silly, but I gave it everything I had and then some. Find the extraordinary resolve to approach some seemingly impossible feat in your own life and smash that fucker down!
