earlier today I made some ham for brunch :3 I just pan fried a nice thick ham steak and I glazed it with lots of orange marmalade each time I turned it over (I turned it over alot btw) and it took about 30 minutes on medium heat. it was absolutely delicious :D
I LIKED YOUR GLAZE IT IS SIMILIAR TOO THE ONES YOU CAN BUT FROM MARKS AND SPENCER.BUT I MADE MINE GO FURTHER BY ADDING A DROP OF PORT?AND A JAR OF HOME MADE MARMALADE AND THE JUICE OF AN ORANGE.MOST OF MINE ENDED UP IN THE TIN.THE RESULT WAS A THIN GLAZE WITH BURNT MARMALADE.HOWEVER THE HAM TASTES GOOD!
