@Ninjakip07 Of course, the Pokemon anime has only gotten worse since season 3. While digimon has had its hiccups (cough cough savers) it still holds up.

@6thhokagephil No Pokemon came in 1996 and Digimon was made a whole year later in ,1997.So Pokemon came came first just wanted to get the facts straight there Mai Boi.

The Pokemon anime to this day still cant beat the great five Digimon animes from the past 15 years

@ChupiTheTerrible Thanks =) But as a sort of side point, I can see why this is a moment of nostalgia for most North American fans (those that can remember it at least). This commercial is still really awesome =)

@ChupiTheTerrible Yeah, but you have to remember that was just a dubbing thing. They decided that it was a bad idea to rename them. In Japan, names are constant, so they were always known as Devimon デビモン and Monzaemon もんざえモン. Even now they sometimes decide that changing certain names was a bad idea, for example, "Creepymon".

However, you're right, Perfect level used to be the Final level back then. Probably why in the dub, they called it "Ultimate" before the real Ultimate/Final level came out.

Oh, the days when ultimate was as far as you went... And Devimon was still called Darkmon, and Monzaemon was Teddymon.
