Yeah I'm pretty pissed. The p90X dude said that my goal caloric intake should be aimed at 1200 calories/day. I saw good results for two months but its been five months now and I have not lost any with 6 days of working out hard at the gym and eating healthy foods at 1200 cal/day. What the heck! I love to workout but when I do not see any results, it kinda makes me want to...go into depression. But I did purchase Tom's book and I feel that I have hope because now I can finally fix my metabolism.
