2 sets of ball-pound leg-drive training sequence with 150 lb bungee cord..frontal and sagittal planes. We want athlete to stay low and maintain good leg angle to floor for maximum force transfer. Jabari loses some form symmetry toward the end of the sets possibly from fatigue. This was his first exposure to this routine and his technique should improve as he gains strength and familiarity with the routine.
