It's really no surprise that the boss has a few things that they won't share with their employees. There are practical business, and personal reasons for this policy. Now there are of course exceptions to these, and not all managers are created equal. Some bosses are horrible insecure, and yes even petty dictators. However these are the exception rather than the rule.

It's been my experience as both an employee, and an employer that most bosses are simply following orders from their boss to make sure the business runs smoothly as possible. The boss goes home at night like everyone else with their own set of problems.This being said, here are some things that bosses typically will keep to themselves around their employees. I am going to give you these from a "boss" perspective.
