Is this clip from a movie?

I am looking for a movie which i vaguely recall. In where i believe this Lupin is the main character and there are some pyramids and some treasure. I believe the pyramids rise from the ground at the end of the movie or something like that. If anyone can help out i would appreciate it. Thanks

@sygo7g Wouldn't surprise me if it was lost. TMS didn't seem to be aware of the old 1970's dub of "Mystery of Mamo" when Pioneer requested it.

But then I think of the master they used to make the movie on Blu-ray and how it's still interlaced when it could have been progressive. It's also possible that since they'd already done the 1080i remaster, they could just freeze-frame what was already remastered instead of unearthing the "clean" version and redoing it.
