i took pictures and posted them online like 10 years ago but the know-it-alls there called it a fake because obviously they know what they're talking about. i was hoping someone else had seen or heard of it.

i used to be able to do some cheat on the Surface level (the first one i think) where you could make your mines be chameleon-like...meaning, once you "unlocked" it, you could throw a mine at something and it would look like whatever it got stuck to. for example, throwing it on the waste barrels would make the mine look like the biohazard symbol on the barrel, or the mines would look like wood when thrown on a door, etc. has anyone else done that? i know i'm not crazy...
