  • He's got a very interesting and unique flavor.

It's almost like this completely care-free and innocent spirit <3

...but... is he REALLY the "world champion" ... or is that just a tag-line for attention?

  • @LongLiveLink3

In 2009 he really was a world champion in the "junior" category. Now, he's still a champion since 2010, but who knows what will happen in 2011?

  • this was a world champion? he is a tryhard. not that I'm an expert in tap dancing but but this looks awkward. I've seen far better tap (dancing) than this. just sayin'.

  • @Bowskenarts

I think you miss some informations... First of all, this guy on the video is 15 years old and he won the championship in the "junior" category.

Then, as it is written it's a championship and everybody knows that most of the best dancers don't go to championships. But dancer's that come there need to be saw by company or by other dancers.

So maybe you've seen better dancers who aren't champions because they don't go to championships...

  • @Bowskenarts

Anyway, nobody pretends he's the best tap dancer... just sayin'

  • He's not really dancing, just saying 'Look what I can do!". It's not dancing.

  • It happens that tap dancers, especially at the championships, are doing only technical steps one after the others, and it's quiet hard to balance well between artistic and technical steps.

Plus, in tap dance, the rythm and the sound is more important than in others type of dance, so sometimes you have to be concentrate only on your feet.

uhh...youre wrong. it takes ALOT of hard work and practice to do that. I'm a tap dancer and I know how hard it is. And anyway, I bet you couldn't do it if you tried. So SHUT UP.

  • @Loulialouns And who may I ask were these judges names? I would love to do a little research on their backgrounds of dance.

  • @Loulialou I have to admit my disgust at the organization blatently throwing out the title of "world champion". There is a great emphasis put on the technique, but there is also a very important portion of performance including the lines and arms which in my opinion is nowhere to be seen. The fact that the boy's arms have absolutely no energy whatsoever makes me question if the individuals running the "competition" actually understand the concepts of tap dancing.

  • as a tap dancer in America that is Amazing and VERY HARD TO DO!!! kids dont try that at home!!!

  • How does one get on one's toes in tap shoes. I've tried it and it hasn't worked. But I'm not a kid or an expert dancer either.

  • AUGUST RHAPSODY!!! :D :D :D

  • I liked it and thought is was good but I wish there was a little bit more variety great job!

  • great, whats witht the rude comments, I would like to see all the people on here saying bad things to do what he did, show some respect, act like human beings not animals with no respect

  • i don't like it to be honest, it's just kinda messy and he's a bit stiff...

  • Le falta postura pero no esta mal :)

  • @Hvirus123544

Obviously, five internationally known judges of championship didn't agree with you...
