guys gotta remember the halo series are very different to the cod series, gameplay is different weapons are different so it takes skill to play both games very well

srry but i think i still have an answer since its called Halo 3 ODST maybe they just wanted to stick with brutes and keep it more like Halo 3 like keep the enemies the same

if you paid any more attention to my first comment, you would notice that I said "this era." Doesn't this game take place just after the space-bridge is opened at the end of the Mombassa level in Halo 2? If so, then that means that the Elites are still working for the Covanent.

yes but if u played Halo 3 u'd see that the elites are now good guys and that they've been replaced with Brutes now
