I like Don Imus, he is so funny in his morning shows, He begins my day with a good laugh. He is a unique person who is busy just being 'Don'. He has a big heart and contributes in helping children with special needs. He has a bigger heart than I will ever have. Also, he is a very handsome man, especially in his earlier days. Thanks Don Imus for being-YOU! <3

@help4343 Well, yes and no. Certainly, you don't have to listen to Imus, and nobody has to give him a job, but I don't want to establish a country where anything offensive to the majority is all but disallowed. People have to be allowed to say stupid things w/o fear--the first amendment was not intended to protect speech everyone wants to hear. That type of speech needs no protection. It was intended to protect controversial, even unpleasant speech.

No, the first amendment prevents Congress from making a law prohibiting free speech. People have the right to pressure others if they use despicible speech.
