i just wanna know that if one trains hard and learns kung fu , can kung fu actually be used during a fight like a street fight , can one use it as a real self defense or is it just in movies. PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP

There are about as many Dragon Kung Fu Systems out there as there are styles, but I like this style. It spends more time on the ground than many others, and it is reminiscent of many Tai Chi movements (of which I am a big fan). :) Well done yluckbell.

Wow, excellent Long Xing Quan! This is the first time I have seen a Dragon form similar to the one in my system. The movement sequence is different, but the types of movements are the same. May I ask your specific style/lineage?
