I'd eat it. Sure, it's unnerving that the meat itself is still wiggling, but that's only because its nervous system is so detached from its body. And the fish's body will keep wiggling like that no matter what you do. You could beat that fucking sea kitten with a hammer and it'll still flop around for minutes. I imagine far worse things happen to salmon that get caught by bears. Damn... all this is making me hungry for sushi.
