In February 2002, Barry Manilow returned to the charts when Arista released a greatest hits album, Ultimate Manilow. On May 18, 2002, Barry returned to CBS with Ultimate Manilow, his first special at the network since his Big Fun on Swing Street special in 1988. The special was filmed in the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California and was nominated for an Emmy in the category of "Outstanding Music Direction".

  • barry fue la mejor musica romantica que escuche hace muchos años atrás, no puedo creer que siga cantando de este modo.

  • Somewhere down the road..our roads are going to cross again.

Barry, I hope it is soon. Please keep working on those hips.

    WE NEED YOU out here!

  • Dear MultiFendertele: Give yourself a few years and then look in the mirror......it's a thing called age! You can't escape it! It is heartless.

  • im a big tough man , and i LOVE barry manilow , so suck it lol

  • so great this song and this man. he was such a good looking man, and now - after 10 years - what happened to this man? It makes me sad, seeing him now. I think he've lost something of his self-assurance. Never mind, maybe this song made me so contemplative.

  • I don't care how tough you are, or think you are, or what kind of music you normally listen to...if this song doesn't pull at your heartstrings or choke you up a bit, you either have no soul at all or have never had to say goodbye to someone special. That's it, that's all.

  • There is nobody like Barry Manilow. I grew up to his music.

  • i really reallyagree

  • I think it's a great song and wekk done.

  • @7MMmonkey I absolutely agree! He was going through the motions on this one. I couldn't feel the content of the song either. Check out his live renditions of this one in 1981. In those, I feel he is within the content. Not that this one is garbage, I love the guy. I just feel he hits it during that 1981 tour. This song happened to appear on the album in which this tour was promoting.
