I'm not sure why, but I've had a number of requests from subscribers to cook something on camera.

I'm also not sure if the following two vlogs are what they had in mind, but I hope you enjoy this time in the kitchen with me.
I'm preparing my own creation (that I learned how to make from an old girlfriend) that we call "California Caesar Wraps."

Part One features me chatting on like normal, while Part Two will show me actually getting on with it. :)

Bon Appetit,
Jason

  • HEY! i'm a English Premier League fan (Chelsea is my fav club) so my question is are the games on normal Japanese tv (which channel?) or only on sum cable network?

  • soccer (football) is so popular in Japan, that they do show a bunch of EPL games on regular J-TV, and you can usually watch with English commentary as well.

If you get a cable package with an all-sports channel, you can see even more games. I was able to watch one or two games a week in my rural area without cable.

  • why You do not eat sushi If I may ask???

  • I don't like fish/seafood of any kind. I wish I did like fish, cuz it would have made my life in Japan much easier, but I got by OK not eating fish.

  • I thought youtube allowed users to post videos longer then 10 min.?

  • i found out you can post up to 10min59sec - so 11min is the limit for regular users. Partners can post longer videos

  • You listen to Smodcast too! Kevin Smith is so freaking hilarious and raunchy. I just hope your neighbors never overheard it and figured out what they're saying!

  • wow, its prettty expensive in US dollars compared to UK money, 100Yen is like..80p

  • there are almost no Mexican restaurants in ALL of Japan, and certainly none in Shimane. I've only had good Mexican food in Japan once, in Fukuoka.
