well i broke my wrist a year ago so it clicks like crazy doing this lol but i want to be able to use my shakeweight with no pain from my wrist so i gotta do it

I don't really understand how to do this one... I can do regular wrist curls just fine, they're easy to do WELL, but the movement for the reverse wrist curls just feels really awkward =/

is there a difference between the normal wrist curl and the reverse? i have this protruding cartilage on my right wrist and it hurts when I perform the normal wrist curls. Do they workout the same muscles? also, i think reverse is harder than the normal one. like if you agree.
