note1: does not work against chun! she's too thin.

note2: also possible from a normal jumpin against fat characters.

Is uppercut useful to counter that move? If no, then its quite useless to play against Sagat users who can abuse that move. After working so hard to wear them down, one of those combos is all it takes to put you out. No point playing....
