After listening to this interview i come to one conclusion. Where are you going to get the $ to fund these operations, especially with all the tax cuts the Bush Administration kept in place. Military = $

Hey, you forgot one question! Why didn't you ask that evil piece of shit how much money he's made off the murder of innocent American soldiers and our brothers and sisters in the middle east?

@CFITOMAHAWK2 you are so right, he is honest, strong, and the kind of SOB that will not try to answer a question just to comply. I love this guy.

@Tonyo1221 very true waterboarding is torture. but i really do believe the iraq war was justified. it was harbouring criminals that were responsible for the attacks in the u.s and plus it had tried repeatedly to acquire wmds.
and ur logic of not attacking countries just because they haven't attacked us is quite wrong. if u.s forces had thought like that slobodan milosevic would still be killing muslims in bosnia.

@Tonyo1221 How do you know its half a million citizen? just curious!

What a great public speaker. He sure seems like a great guy, but his actions tell otherwise. Don't be fooled by this "nice guy" act.
I'll say somethign positive about him, he is very smart and is very rational, but he doesn't use these traits for the good of Americas current generation.

Nailed him with "dithering" on Israel and then Cheney would not answer the question. Didn't answer the Palin as President question either or the don't ask, don't tell question. Cheney is cool as a serial killer. Very smart, excellent at not expressing his true opinion, but a seriously deranged curmudgeon. He needs to truly realize he is an ex-VP and shut up. As an American he needs to support the president. He is loyal only to himself. No better than the shoe bomber, He ought to be in prison.

Further, if "ignorance of the law is so excuse". Then certainly willful ignorance of the law is even less of an excuse.
The Bush administration's Office of Legal Council crafted opinions to provide legal cover for the administration. Regardless of US law and legal precedent.
Torture is a crime! Whether its committed by a Japanese soldier, a Texas sheriff, an American soldier in Vietnam or someone working under the guidance of the Bush administration.
Ive listened to all this interview and I understand him. But I just dont agree with him. You simply cannot invade Iraq, which did not attack the US and kill half a million of its citizens. And waterboarding IS torture, and against the founding principles of the US. You cannot throw the Geneva convention out the window. As defence secretary he sold arms to these sickos all around the world. He really is one deeply twisted individual.
