Gavin's Ph.D is in mathematics. He is as a garbage-in, garbage-out computer modeler. Richard Lindzen, MIT is an climate scientist. Computer models have failed in the face of empirical evidence. For example: computer models assume positive feedback for the CO2 effect; empirical evidence from satellite data shows negative feedback. Computer models predicted substantial warming. Empirical evidence from actual temperature measurements showed no statistically significant warming now for over a decade

In his argument he infers that because global policy makers are following his direction then he is right. But he fails to mention he consulted and lead these policy makers. It reminds me of Cartman telling Butters he's right and the Butters going around trying to convince other people.

He's been Al Gored. He's a mathematician not a climate scientist. Yes the world is warming but the climate models are not working as of July 2011. Even on his own website Schmidt says he will have to rethink things if we don't start seeing warming by 2013. Google it. I'm too lazy.

Well I know what is going on. He is correct in the respect that we are headed in the wrong direction. The new grand solar minimum will cause abrupt and deep cooling in future winters. The co2 madness needs to be put in with the garbage where it belongs.
