  • I just finished day 2 like 5mins ago.. it was fkin hell

  • plyometrics, we do that in the basketball training a LOT! but still fucking unbelieveable workout my legs burnt down

  • For the recovery drink, I heard from a lot of websites that "Chocolate Milk" was an excellent recovery drink.

  • Just ordered the program. :D

  • Plyometrics was 10X harder than Ab Ripper X for me, OMG my calves was burning like hot potatoes.

  • No... AbRipperX is done 3 times a week. Each time when doing strength training workout.
