It was the Ronler Acres campus, which is home to one of the most advanced buildings on the planet with the Intel FAB plant located there. It didn't hurt that it was in the democrat controlled Portland Metro Area. This isn't much different than when politicians visit car factories, etc.

@adb024 Don't get excited here! the president is NOT in either one of these limousine. No regular traffic is allowed to drive next to the convoy when he is traveling for obvious reasons, and the flag of U.S must be on display on his car and his decoy car, unless its a private occasion, which in this case it was not.

What's your freaking point?. Every president does this and visits where ever he wants. You're paranoid and I wonder if its because of Obama or government no matter who's in charge.
And just to remind you, the presidential limousine you were driving next to were empty and he was not in it as the flag was not up on either car and, was allowed regular traffic to drive next to the limousine. No one can drive next to a limousine carrying the president of U.S unless you're U.S Secret service.
