I have this system! I had a security system installed in my new home about 2 months ago & I'm so glad I did. The Simon XT is what my family and I use in our home. It is SOOO user friendly and my 9 year old daughter is able to use the system as well. This system also has a feature to where it will CHIME and tell me what door is being opened. This comes in handy when my 3 year old nephew is in the house. He likes to try and sneak out without us seeing. This system lets us know and we are able to keep him from possibly running out in the road. I love the system and would recommend it to anyone!

Finally! A synthesised voice that is not American! So many things speak with american accents these days, even if they are bieng sold in other countries! What a releif! I've no problem with americans at all, it just gets a little overwhelming occasionaly: the power they have over the world!

I got a system from Platinum a little over a year ago what a great company! I needed service one time on my system when I got a new window. They came the next day and my system works perfect. The one time it went off, (not shutting a door all the way when I left the home and it blew open) I got the phone call my system had gone off and by the time I turned around and made it back home 4 minutes later the police were already at my home. Awesome response I highly recommend!
