More at HowNowVideo.com. In this tutorial I show you how to prevent over exposing video of performances shot under stage lighting (typically 3200k white balance). Using two Panasonic cameras, the HMC150 and TM700, you'll learn how to get good video every time.
In still photography, I often shoot all manual. But it sounds like even with top level equipment, all manual is not available for video. Presumably your video cam is adjusting "shutter speed" (not frame rate) and maybe ISO automatically. Correct?

@spelunkerd I shot with fully manual, locking shutter speed and aperture on the HMC150. The TM700 will adjust automatically, but because I set it to "stage lighting" with a -5 on the exposure, whatever automatic settings the TM700 does, it shouldn't overexpose the whites.
