Bundrage lucked out when he fought an unmotivated and out of shape Spinks to win the title, SPinks hadn't fought in a year or so. I think you could have put any top 15 jr. middleweight in there and they could have beaten that version of spinks. But they say that after a fighter becomes champion, he gets "25 % better", so maybe bundradge is at his utmost peak.
