Thanks to Jake Bourrohs for hosting this seminar on Tanglang, Qigong, PaiDa, Qinna, Body Awarenesses, Ke Shou Kao Da and other aspects of CMA...

This clip shows some basics to Tongbei, Pigua, and body awareness...

The basic drills are for tongbei - pigua and are very basic ideas to hep students coordinate body awareness and how to follow ones waist and grounding with the normal breathing...

This drills shown a basic understanding on total body relaxing and what one should be aware of when body swinging.

Breath and, relax everyone teacher can say but how and where and what relax, "I am relaxed"!!!

What we percieve as relaxed is usually disconnected internal connection and weak alignments or just to stiff in our muscles and cant seem to relax, without even knowing... Very Frustrating to say the least, then if one does qigong under the wrong conditions without being aware, one will practice, but practice on the wrong path and create bad habbits which later will be hard to fix...

Again in this clip I try to exgaterate the moves by big circles and relax connections to show the ideas, but still how to get the student to look inside of the under the skin to actually see what goes on..., just ask Jake?.

We had loads of fun...

The KEY is consistant training and a good teacher!!!

I hope all can enjoy objectively!
