i love the 5000 but my screen did fail and having problems finding video on how to replace it. so i have resorted to using ableton live 8. not bad program but i miss my mpc and cant wait to have it up and running again

The 5000 is sick! I'm noticing a lot of Haters though, at the end of the day its not the gear its the user sometimes...if you suck then it probably will suck! Lol!

Haters. Plain and simple. Had a 3k, 2kxl, and 1k never had a 5, but i want one now. Looks good to me.And that beat aint no joke.

@phashara I`ve had a few problems. But when ever the new O.S. comes I`m sure they`ll all be fixed. I`ve tried using soft ware programs. And nothing comes close 2 the feeling and creative flow I get from bangin away on those pads and rockin my machine !!!!!!
