Ron Jr. was asked to drive for Bonner Denton owner of the purpose built landspeed racer 1959 Berkeley 2000Hp Donovan 500+ cid. The conditions at the Bonneville Salt Flats in 2005 were not condusive for topspeed and 240+mph was not an easy task. svspower.com

    Thanks for the shot of the car at the end. Nice to know what it looks like.

    Especially appreciated seeing how much drift there is on the salt.

    Pretty much imagine it is how my trips would be if I got involved....I mean...under perfect conditions ;-)
